Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt, provided you have a valid reason (e.g. the product does not meet your expectations, is damaged, or does not match the description).

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Return shipping is free — we will provide you with a return label.

The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons:

• Underwear - cannot be exchanged or returned
• Adult toys - when the seal has been broken (unless defective)
• Health and personal care products - when the seal has been broken
• Downloadable products - digital software and content

1. Report your return - Send an email to support@intimico.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive your return label - We will send you a free return label by email.
3. Pack the product - Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
4. Send the package - Attach the return label and drop off the package at a UPS access point.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited via the same payment method you used.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the same item, please contact us at support@intimico.com.
